Electromagnetic door holders are designed for use with door closing devices for any door release application. They usually hold a door open while energized. When de-energized by fire alarm system or other switch, these door holders release the door, checking the spread of fire and smoke. They are available in floor-mounted, flush-mounted, and surface-mounted versions.
The emergency door release solution provides immediate unlocking of the doors that are equipped with fail-safe electrified locks. When a fire emergency occurs, the solution allows releasing the lock and opening the secured door. The panic or fire exit hardware installed on the emergency door provides safe and free egress.
The rim type electromechanical push bar is designed to secure emergency doors. It operates in fail-safe mode and provides a safe egress during an emergency. It can also be equipped with delayed egress function to prevent unauthorized exit or with LED to give clear indication in the dark area.
